Here are the answers to some that we get asked frequently.


  • What about COVID 19?

    All our planning and logistics will comply with the latest government guidelines, and we're always happy to plan additional measures with you if required.

    Our pricing structure is simple and works in stages so we'll always make sure any work carried out in a stage can be used at a later date if rescheduling is needed due to COVID 19 - although do bear in mind sometimes we have to place committed spend - talk to us if needed 


    We'll keep you and any other riders aware of changes in government guidelines and the impact of them and we'll liaise with you to minimise the impact of any that arise. Of course, we require all riders to follow any specific restrictions.

  • How much does a trip cost?

    Go Pedal provide a unique and bespoke service so it really does depend on what you want us to do.


    We can model costs pretty rapidly once we had an initial discussion and you're not committed until you've agreed them.

  • What types of routes are there?

    When we first talk, we'll agree with you what sort of event you're after. But, there are a few things to think about that we'll talk through with you.


    What sort of terrain?

    Do you just want to cover distance, see the sights or take it easy?

    Are you aiming to go from place to place?

    Or have you thought about a single base and various rides that start and finish there?

  • Where do you operate?

    Our forte is UK and Europe. We'd be happy to discuss further afield and may be able to offer options to support such an adventure.

  • Do you support corporate or charity rides?

    Yes! That's where we started, we'd be happy to discuss various models for corporate ride charging, which charity sites offer the best value, how to raise funds and so on. Of course, we'll also get behind your charity efforts and help you promote them to a wider audience.

  • How do you charge / how do I pay?

    When we agree our appointment with you, we'll also agree a set of stage payments. This means that we will invoice at various points as pieces of activity conclude. This ensures that we only bill you for work that is completed. There are some stages that may require an element of pre-payment such as reserving accomodation, which will be agreed with you as part of our appointment.


    We are able to accept most normal forms of payment, but BACS transfer tends to be most efficient. Our maximum payment terms for invoice are 28 days.

  • Do you offer photography?

    Yes. We have various photography offers, from normal camera shots, go pro images and also aerial images from the Go Pedal drone. We'd be happy to discuss these options with you. 


    We can also offer image handling, curation and video editing if required.

  • What about insurances?

    Go Pedal hold insurances to cover our activity, such as public liability, professional indemnity etc. Individual riders will need to have their own insurances to protect them as with any holiday or trip away. We are able to point you toward where insurances may be purchased if needed.
